Our Vision
The AAP organization envisions a world free of poverty, where all individuals have access to basic necessities, equal opportunities for development, and the tools to improve their quality of life.
Our Mission
AAPorganization's mission is to end poverty in Somalia by focusing on improving lives, economic growth, and providing free healthcare and education.
Our work feeds into the achievement of the sustainable development goals defined by the United Nations. They aim to end poverty, fight inequality and injustice and tackle climate change by 2030. We consider development as a holistic process and our work links to all 17 goals. Our core focus and area of expertise is Good Health and Well-being (3), Climate Action (13) and Peace, Justice and strong Institutions (16). Our actions further target No Poverty (1), Gender Equality (5), Affordable and Clean Energy (7) and Sustainable Cities and Communities (11).

Nasrudiin Mohamed
Chairperson
Mr Nasrudiin Mohamed is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Science at Red Sea University. He is highly regarded for his dedication to community service, regularly working to support and uplift the local society. His efforts extend beyond academia, as he actively participates in initiatives that improve social welfare and economic development in the region. Known for his leadership and commitment, Prof. Nasrudiin combines his expertise in economics with a passion for helping others, making a significant impact both within the university and the broader community.

Dr Khadar Ahmed
Vice Chairperson
Khadar Ahmed is academic and researcher with a deep passion for understanding and addressing socio-economic issues. For many years, he has been committed to tackling social challenges, always striving to make a positive impact in his community. As the Vice Manager of a hospital, he plays a key role in managing healthcare services, while also co-founding the African Research and Development Center. Khadar is driven by a genuine desire to help others improve their lives, and his activism in fighting poverty reflects his unwavering commitment to creating a better future for those in need.
